Larry Moylan: Head of Operations and Compliance
Larry joined the organisation in 2013. Prior to this, he had spent some 30 years working in the banking sector where he gained significant experience as a project/change manager.
During his time with the organisation, he has overseen the implementation of new systems and processes.
Hazel Hennessy: Knowledge Management and Research Executive
Hazel joined the team in 2015. She has a first class Honors Degree in Contemporary Culture and Society from DCU, a Post-graduate diploma in Applied Research Skills from Ulster University and a Post-graduate diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. Hazel previously held the position of Marketing Executive within the organisation. She is a board member of Youth Work Ireland Meath and has held positions on the American Youth Embassy and the Impact Academy. She is particularly interested in meaningful representation and increasing the awareness of philanthropy in Ireland.
Elaine O’Sullivan: Coordinator: Operations/Risk/Compliance
Elaine joined the Community Foundation for Ireland in November 2021 as a Co-Ordinator for the Operations/Risk/Compliance Team. Elaine has an Honours degree in Media, Communications and English from UL, a Diploma in HR Management from UCD and a Diploma in Web Design & HTML from Dublin Business School. She previously worked in the media sector for almost 15 years, as Editor and broadcaster with AA Roadwatch and as a music presenter with Radio Kerry.
